Winemaking: manual choice, stalks total, control with fermentation temperature and smooth manual daily pumping. Fermentation Malolactic. Internship in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Color: red with good intensity.
Aroma: complex, dominated by red fruit (raspberry) and a slight vegetable touch.
Palate: ripe and soft tannins well integrated with the fruit, medium and long final structure.
Consumption should be appreciated at a temperature between 15 ° C – 17 ° C
Wine neither filtered nor cold stabilized. It is recommended its decantation.
