The Great Sendrée adopted the name of a parcel of land covered in ash (cendrée) after the fire that devastated Urville in 1838. A spelling error in the name of the land register, made today the appointment be written Sendrée with “s” instead of “c”.
Subtle aromas of dried fruit, unfolding into fruity notes of citrus, fruit of white pulp, fruit pitted … The palate emphasizes the vinosidade, the depth and structure.
Ideal as an aperitif. Excellent with lobster broth with grapefruit, carpaccio de Saint Jacques or Bresse poultry with truffles.
