Climate and soil: Hot and dry. Large temperature range. Shale clayey
Harvest process: 100% manual for boxes with an average capacity of 800 kg
Winemaking: stripping and crushing, direct pressing, 24 hours of decanting, using selected yeasts; fermentation for a minimum of 15 days with temperature control between 12 and 14 degrees
Alcohol content: 13%
Tasting notes:
Beautiful pink color, with intense aroma of blackberries, field herbs and some spices, in the mouth it is balanced with good volume, it ends with a long finish.
Serve at 12ºC
