After fermentation the wine was discharged into containers for new barrels of French and American oak of 225 liters. The wine aged for 18 months in these barrels, after which it proceeded to bottling. The bottle maturation ran for over 12 months.

Granada intense. Floral aromas, light citrus, which follow the black fruit, mint, spice and toast in a deep and complex aroma. The palate shows a great elegance, based on solid tannins and a long, thin persistence.
