Climate and Soil: Warm and dry. Large temperature range. Shale.
Fermentation: Stainless steel vats of 10 tonnes with a pump pumping system.
Stage: 80% of the batch aged for a period of 9 months in new French oak barrels, the rest aged in stainless steel tanks.
Grapes: 40% Touriga Nacional, 50% Tinta Roriz (Tempranilho), 10% Touriga Franca
Potential Aging: 10-15 Years
Period Consumption Ideal: 1-15 Years
Color: Deep ruby color and violet dense.
