Winemaking: Total stripping, temperature-controlled fermentation and smooth manual daily pumping, aged in oak barrels French and American.
Color: Red Cherry very intense
Aroma: Complex and deeply fruity with licoradas nuances. The fruit is dominated by the best wild berries like blackberries and raspberries. Spicy contributions of fine wood in which it aged.
Palate: It tends to rounding and aggregation of constituents of a well proportioned body. Ripe tannins and sweet making it almost physical nasal sensations of smoked fruit.
Serving: Should be appreciated at a temperature between 15-17 ° C
