Destemming followed by slight crushing of the berries. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation with moderate temperature control and gentle pumping over. Post-fermentation maceration. Pressing.<\/p>\n<p>Aging in stainless steel after malolactic.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Oenology: Rui Cunha \/ S\u00e9rgio Alves<\/p>\n<p>Alc.\/vol: 13%<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ruby color, elegant aromas and good intensity. In evidence are the aromas reminiscent of red fruits, flowers and forest notes.<br \/>\nPalate: Dry and fresh on the attack.
