Slight crushing of the berries followed by gentle pressing. Static clarification. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks followed by aging on fine lees until the end of February. Batch formation. Light filtration and cold stabilization before bottling.<\/p>\n<p>Oenology: Rui Cunha \/ S\u00e9rgio Alves<\/p>\n<p><em>Alcohol: 12%<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting notes:<\/strong><br \/>\nSalmon color, fine aromas, reminiscent of currant berry with vegetable nuances.<br \/>\nPalate: Dry, with good body. Finishes long and textured.<\/p>\n<p>Consumption: It should be enjoyed at a temperature between 12-14\u00baC.<br \/>\nGreat as an aperitif.
