It all began with Ab\u00edlio Ferreira de Carvalho, who created the first ginjinha recipe in a tavern in the village of Sanguinhal, in Bombarral, whose grocery store and tavern still exist after more than two centuries, preserving the original recipe.<\/p>\n<p>The current company was founded in 1992 to modernize production and agricultural processes.
