\nProduced from rigorously selected Alicante Bouschet and Aragonez grape varieties planted in the oldest vineyards of the Eug\u00e9nio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach the ideal stage of ripeness, they are harvested and taken to the winery, where a technological process begins with complete destemming and light crushing. The grapes are then fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and French oak vats at a temperature of 27\u00b0C, followed by a 15-day maceration period.<\/p>\n
