\nProduced from Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, and other grape varieties, planted in the vineyards of the Eug\u00e9nio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach the ideal stage of ripeness, they are harvested and taken to the winery, where the technological process begins with complete destemming and light crushing. The grapes are then fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at 27\u00b0C, followed by prolonged post-fermentation maceration.<\/p>\n
