In its 120 hectares of vineyards in the foothills of Montejunto mountain range, they are planted extensive range white varieties and paints.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Winemaking<\/div>\n<div>The grapes were harvested in early November, early in the morning to keep the aromatic freshness. Fermentation took place in a small bowl stainless steel at a temperature of 12\u00baC. Elapsed fermentation, aged for 6 months in French oak barrels of 3rd use until bottling. He remained in the bottle, on stage for over six months, to go out into the market.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Tasting notes<\/div>\n<div>With a lovely golden color, this wine surprises with its greedy flavors, which easily get involved in the notes of nuts, dates and raisins, harmonized by luscious suggestions.
