Bottled, without fining or filtering in July 2003, it was subject during aging to create a slight deposit.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tasting notes:<br \/>\nVery dark color, almost opaque.<br \/>\nIntense aroma of very ripe fruit: plum, blackberry<br \/>\nThe palate presents an excellent balance and good structure, given by grapes from old vines.
