Taylor’s has one of the largest wine reserves of Port Wine aged in cask, one of the largest of any producer. It includes a collection of rare crops. These reserves, from one year to reach maturation in old oak barrels of harvest date on the label. Taylor’s made the decision to annually launch a limited edition of a Harvest 50 years.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

During the five decades of aging in oak barrels, this Port wine has acquired an attractive pale mahogany color with amber and olive reflections. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n
On the nose it offers elegant woody aromas and complex spices, nuts and cigar box notes a velvety background of caramel and molasses. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n
The velvety palate is evidenced by a lively acidity that gives the wine an attractive freshness despite its age. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n
The finish is extremely long, with rich flavors of black pepper and spices, persistent palate. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/div>\n

The producer:
\nCreated more than 300 years ago, in 1692, Taylor\u2019s is one of the oldest Port wine houses to which it is dedicated exclusively, especially and in its best style.<\/p>\n
