INTRODUCTION<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
During the month of January after each harvest, Fonseca separates a quality port wines reserve Vintage, very concentrated and powerful. These wines are primarily selected from the company’s own estates and evaluated according to its aging potential.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
As Tawny Port wines get older, they become more blondish because release their deposits in the hull instead of doing so on the bottle. The racking contribute to the oxidation process, responsible for this process to gradually decrease the fruit qualities of the wine passing the nuts acquire characteristics.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Fonseca 20 Year Old Tawny is deep amber in color with russet highlights. Its superb bouquet is a complex marriage of ripe, plummy, mature fruit, warm spicy overtones of cinnamon and butterscotch and subtle oak nuances.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
