Alcohol: 12.5% vol<\/em> <\/p>\n For the vinification of sparkling wine, the Alvarinho grapes used are carefully selected from vineyards with a lower sugar concentration and fresh acidity.<\/p>\n The high quality must is obtained by fermenting at a controlled temperature to obtain a correct base.
