Madeira Wine Blandy’s Malmsey Harvest 2008 50cl

Winemaking: Fermentation with natural yeast at temperatures between 18ºC and 21ºC in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The fortification made with wine alcohol 96% to maintain the desired level of sugar.
Stage: It was aged in American oak casks using the traditional system of “Canteiro”, which includes the gentle heating of the wine in the cellars of the company’s warehouse in Funchal.
Tasting notes: amber color with golden highlights. Characteristic bouquet of dried fruit, herbal tea, caramel, brandy and vanilla notes. The palate is sweet, rich, soft and full-bodied, with a final long and fresh mouth with notes of vanilla and honey.

Sugar: 118 g / l
Gastronomy: It is a delicious accompaniment to dessert dishes, especially fruit, cakes, rich chocolate and strong cheeses.
