Tasting notes:
Citric color. Very fine and persistent bubble in the mouth, giving off a fresh and delicate aroma. Reveals light and complex fruit flavors and a pleasant aftertaste of life-giving acidity on the palate, leaving a delicate and lingering flavor in the mouth. Abundant notes of soft and well proportioned brioche, mousse and acidity very well integrated. Persistent and delicious.
