Intense garnet color wine with striking violet tones. Intense and complex aromas, the fruits of the forest are notorious, very ripe red fruits. It also presents notes of spices and dry fruits. Fruity, soft, well structured and with a noticeable final persistence.

Wine Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Touriga Nacional 2014 Red 75cl
Region: DOC DÃO, Portugal
Grapes: Touriga National

 

Tasting Notes: Intense garnet color with striking violet tones. Intense and complex aromas, the fruits of the forest are notorious, very ripe red fruits. It also presents notes of spices and dry fruits. Fruity, soft, well structured and with a noticeable final persistence.

 

Vinification: Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. 18 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
