Wine Quinta das Brôlhas Fusion VII Red 2019 75cl

Varieties:
Sousão, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Francisca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional.

Winemaking:
All vineyards are divided into plots different and each parcel is harvested by hand. The grapes are selected before entering the cellar.

They are de-stemmed and crushed in presses for 1 to 3 days before fermentation begins, which takes place in the same presses.
The grapes are trodden by foot at night and ancient “jacks” are used to lower the blanket during the day.

Once fermentation is complete, the wines are removed to clean stainless steel vats, where malolactic fermentation takes place.

Aging:
For 12 months in used 225 French oak barrels and 8 months in small stainless steel vats.

An explosion of aromas, dark red and purple red, with a great concentration of aromas of ripe red fruits, plum and blackberry. A wine of enormous balance, intense and velvety, finishing long and fruity
