Alcohol: 13,5%
Tasting notes: Intense citrus color with abundant green tones. Aroma of dried apricot and exotic woods is complex, elegant and harmonious.

Vinification: Crushing with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 16 ° C in new French oak barrels with soft toast. 12 months in new French Oak barrels, of which 3 months on fine lees – Batonnage, followed by 6 months of maturation in bottle.
