Region: Tejo Regional, Portugal
Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional 
Terroir: Sandy loam soil with shingle in hillside facing south, the harsh winters and hot, dry summers
Winemaking: In the cellar. -Stemming and crushing at low temperature, pressing in vertical hydraulic press, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 12ºC. Phase: In stainless steel tanks
Tasting Notes: Clear pink colored wine, fresh nose with delicate notes of rose and some berries in berry. The palate is an intense wine, yet smooth and crisp acidity
Suggested Accompaniment: Oily fish, cuttlefish, or simply in good company
Temperature Service: Serve at 10 ° C
Alcohol: 12,5%
