The grapes were harvested casta by caste of Aragonez, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet, in their perfect state of maturation.
After a slight pre-fermentative maceration the must fermented in controlled temperature tanks. Fine of aromas, with a good structure of fruit well integrated in its complexity. The mouth shows a full wine, very concentration, persistence and freshness with fine and elegant notes.
