Bagaceira is obtained exclusively from the pomace of Alvarinho grapes, which are the origin of Dona Paterna Alvarinho wines.

After a meticulous traditional distillation process, followed by rectification appropriate to the quality of the final product, we are presented with a bagaceira with the personality, richness and complexity of the Alvarinho grape variety that gave rise to it.
