Sharish will get his name from the village of Monsaraz “Mont Sharish would mean a mountain erected in a brenhal of stems, later giving rise to Monsaraz”, Portugal.

This gin is obtained from traditionally Portuguese ingredients, such as juniper, coriander seeds, orange, lemon and fresh lime-lime.

The signature and charisma of Gin is obtained through the singular presence of Esmolfe’s brave apple, a PDO (or Protected Denomination of Origin) product since 1994.
