Brandy of approximately 25 years. This very old brandy is obtained from an early harvest of the Baga grape variety, in the majority of vineyards, exclusively for the production of brandy, and from the decantation of white wines. It is distilled in charentais stills and ages in new wooden barrels and barrels of 50, 100 and 550 liters in the area with the greatest thermal amplitude of the cellar.
