Port Wine Graham’s Tawny 20 years 75cl – Tube box
GRAHAM’S 20 YEARS TAWNY
Graham’s 20 Years is produced from the highest quality wines that, after careful selection, are aged in oak casks of 534 liters until we reached the peak of ripeness. These wines are among the most demanding and challenging styles of Port. Producing it requires great skill winemaker and years of experience, both in winemaking well as in drawing of lots. It is essential to find the right balance between the delicacy and elegance which results from prolonged aging in cask and at the same time preserving the quality of the fruit, which lends this aged Tawny its structure and longevity. Aged tawny ports Graham’s reveal a distinctive character of dried fruit and delicious ripe raisins, and are exquisitely satin by aging in seasoned oak casks.
Amber, a golden with greenish reflections, denoting considerable age. This wine has a soft, exquisite “bouquet” of almonds and cinnamon. Rich and velvety on the palate is perfectly balanced. It has a long finish, which lingers. Graham’s 20 Years Old is a superlative quality. Its main attributes are the great complexity and harmony. Try slightly chilled to appreciate the complexity and voluptuousness of this wine. An excellent alternative to Vintage Port at less formal occasions. Once opened, it saves you a few weeks.
Graham’s 20 Years goes very well with nuts, dried fruit and pound cake, but it is also accompanying a delicious vanilla ice cream or crème brulée.

“Intense and complex; good balance; persistent aroma and engaging; flavors of orange peel, spices and caramel; aftertaste with flavors of figs. “
International Wine & Spirit Competition 2006
“Amber color with greenish reflections. Good concentration of aromas of marmalade, dried figs and almonds, with floral notes. On the palate full-bodied presents with presence of sweet fruit. Velvety texture and soft, but full of vigor. Optimum balance, with long and persistent end. It is a pleasure to drink it. “
