History
A treasure kept in a Farm that once belonged to Sebastião José de Carvalho e Melo, the Marques de Pombal. The history of this brandy begins in 1970 with the distillation of various indigenous grape varieties of the Lisbon Region in Stills “Charentais”. Originating in the Cognac region of France, this type of stills is characterized by its slow process of distillation, typical of the highest quality distillates noble without any traces of impurities. Oenology
After careful distillation, this aged brandy, quiet and forgotten for more than 40 years in Portuguese and French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Prolonged aging in casks gave him the golden amber color. With dried fruit notes and spices, harmonized with the perfection that only time can, combined with an elegant and complex velvety texture.
