Tasting notes
Color: Crystal clear, deep straw.
Aromas: Intense, notes of oats, vanilla, toasted cereal and soft caramel, with nuances of exotic fruit jelly and white-fleshed fruits.
Flavor: Complex with extraordinary volume in the mouth, unctuous and with a long persistence.

Winemaking:
Total destemming, 50% of the batch fermented in new French oak barrels with light toast, the remainder in stainless steel.

Aging: 12 months in barrel and a minimum of 6 months after bottling.

Suggestion:
Goes well with spicy charcuterie, oven-baked fish, any type of roasted or stewed meat, as well as medium-structured cheeses.
