Tasting Notes
Balsamic and aromatic resin joins the intense fruit of blackberries and plums, some pepper, saffron, light tobacco. The palate is medium to full body, nervous tannin full of spice, quite fresh and dynamic, very long finish, elegant and yet muscular.

With a minimalist oenology, the wines are produced in the most natural way possible and with traditional methods, in order to express the terroir where they were developed. These are wines of great longevity, whether red, white or sparkling.
All the harvests are manual, the reds are made in mills without added yeast and the sparkling wines are made only in Brut Natur.
