WINE CONCEPT:
A tribute to its Members the Adega da Covilha guard the “Partner Harvest” appellation for wines of exceptional quality. This white born of Syria and Source Cal varieties, has a bright lemon color with an elegant aroma which distinguish pineapple notes, mango, apricot and honeysuckle. On the palate surprised by the freshness and the long aftertaste, accompanying white meat, oily fish, shellfish and seafood. Wine for special occasions, should be served at 10-12ºC in appropriate glass.
