Climate: hot summers, dry and long. Short and mild winter with rainfall concentrated between October and February and occasionally strong in April. Privileged microclimate due to the proximity of the Atlantic enjoying mild and constant climate and the protection given by the Monchique mountains against the northernmost winds.
Winemaking: Cold maceration and alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks closed with controlled temperature of 18º.
Stage of 6 months in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, a small part of the Verdelho for 3 months in French oak barrels.
Citrine colored wine with aromas of ripe white fruit and some toast. Of notable, soft structure with good freshness and a striking finish.
