Climate: hot summers, dry and long. Short and mild winter with rainfall concentrated between October and February
and occasionally strong in April. Privileged microclimate due to the proximity of the Atlantic enjoying mild and constant climate and the protection given by the Monchique mountains against the northernmost winds.

Winemaking: This “blanc de noir” had only two hours of maceration in the press.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats controlled teperatura.

Tasting notes
Color: straw / citrus.
Aroma: Aromas of ripe white fruit and some floral.
Taste: Flavours of ripe white fruits. Fresh, young and light.
Final: Ends with elegance in the mouth.
Gastronomy: Goes well with fish and seafood of exquisite confection, white and red meats simple cooking, soft cheeses.
Very good as an aperitif accompanied by a good assortment of canapés. Consuming between 6 and 8 ° C.
Save: In the vertical, dark, well-ventilated to about 12ºC.
