Grapes: 1/3 Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca 1/3, 1/3 Tinta Roriz.
Reception for manual choice of carpet. Stemming and crushing; 12 hours of pre-fermentation maceration at 34°C to maximize the work of endogenous enzymes, using selected yeasts; fermentation for a minimum of 10 days with temperature control.
Tasting notes: Garnet colored, reveals strong notes of ripe fruit, distinguishing compotados red fruit aromas. Discrete quality wood and well integrated, showing a touch of vanilla
