Grapes: Sirah and Aragonês
As for previous Talismã, this wine was fermented in stainless tank.
The wine was then racked and left to mature a brief stage in the individual oak barrels.
The Sensory Evaluation: The result wine is inky in color wich rich, ripe licorice, mocha chocolate aromas wich follow to dense flavours of plum, vanilla bean and cassis. Complex oak characters underpin the palate, helping to maintain a rich plate with loads of flavor, ripe tannins and long finished. A good surprise
A wine that will need rich strong flavoured dishes, such strong cheese, braised lamb shanks or five spice roasted pork ribs.
