Tasting Notes:

It has a ruby color, a bouquet composed of aromas of cherries, love and blueberries, complemented by fine notes of dark chocolate, smoke and sweet candies. Well balanced, intense palate, rich in flavors of sour cherry in chocolate, blueberries, black cherries and blackberries, with a persistent aftertaste.

Aged in barrel for 15 months, hand-picked in southeastern Moldova.

Combination: meat dishes, strong cheeses.

Serve between 16 and 18ºC
