Quinta do Gradil is one of the oldest properties of Cadaval region. In its 120 hectares of vineyards in the foothills of Montejunto mountain range, they are planted extensive range white varieties and paints.
The grapes were harvested in early November, early in the morning to keep the aromatic freshness. Fermentation took place in a small bowl stainless steel at a temperature of 12ºC. Elapsed fermentation, aged for 6 months in French oak barrels of 3rd use until bottling. He remained in the bottle, on stage for over six months, to go out into the market.
With a lovely golden color, this wine surprises with its greedy flavors, which easily get involved in the notes of nuts, dates and raisins, harmonized by luscious suggestions. In the mouth we let ourselves pay for its greasiness, elegance and sweetness, all in perfect balance with the coolness, always present, given the unique terroir of Quinta do Gradil.
Try it with entries based on pâtés and foie gras. It is also the perfect companion for desserts.
