Champagne Drappier Blanc de Blancs 75cl
As the name implies, this Champagne is made exclusively from white grapes, more exactly from Chardonnay. However, a characteristic Original Maison Drappier, a touch of Pinot Blanc, called the “Blanc Vrai” Champagne, is sometimes added to wine base in order to increase its complexity and make it more rounded.
Tasting notes
The aroma brings to mind white peach and pear, but also more floral notes.
In the mouth, a mineral Champagne, with a light flavor wafer, creamy, smooth and seductive.
