The wines in the consignment have been carefully selected for their visual and concentration. Being aged to achieve the perfect balance, the Dow’s Finest Reserve has an intensely fruity and velvety style, with attractive notes of spice.
Tasting Notes
A full-bodied and fruity Port, in the classic style. Intense ruby color. On the nose dominate the aromas of red fruits and black fruits. On the palate is balanced wine, intensely fruity, dominated by berries and notes of spices, particularly pepper. Long and slightly dry aftertaste, so characteristic of Dow’s brand.
Serving Suggestions
Dow’s Finest Book goes well all types of hard cheeses, as well as chocolate-based desserts. When bottled, it has completed the process of aging and is ready to drink and does not require decanting.
