Tasting notes:
Pink color. Nose full of fresh, crisp aromas of wild berries, such as strawberries and raspberries. Excellent acidity and claw on the palate with the characteristic of a slightly dry finish.

Wine on arrival grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed.
A fermentation occurs between 16ºC and 18ºC in order to maintain and preserve the primary aromas.
