Deep ruby colour.  Fresh, vigorous and youthful nose, full of intense cherry and blackcurrant aromas. Full bodied on the palate, with solid but well integrated tannins, and a long rich fruity finish.

Ruby Port is a traditional Port wine, and Fonseca has been selling it since the company’s founding over 150 years ago.

Fonseca takes great pride in its Ruby Ports, which have maintained a highly consistent quality for over a century and a half. The wine is aged for three years in large wooden barrels, where it becomes smooth and evolves without losing its freshness, intense fruitiness, and deep ruby ​​color.
