Made from a family recipe that dates back more than 165 years, it is distilled in different types of stills to achieve a rich, smooth, elegant and complex flavor level.

Aged in American oak barrels for 3 to 6 years, this distillate obtains a dark color.

Aromas:
Sweet aromas of brown sugar and caramel. Subtle hints of dried fruits, such as figs or raisins.
The aging process imparts woody, oaky aromas that emphasize its maturity.
A blend of spices wafts through, setting the tone for its complexity.

Flavors:
Molasses, prominent sweetness that forms the base of the rum. Caramel, adds a rich, buttery element that enhances the overall complexity. Subtle notes of vanilla provide warmth and depth.
Hints of spices like cinnamon and nutmeg add a warming sensation. Discrete notes of dark chocolate, contributing to its richness.
