The harvest was manual, light pressing, decanted must, fermentation controlled at a temperature of 15 degrees centigrade.
Bottled 2 years after degorgement.

It resulted in a creamy sparkling wine, with acidity that allows it to have a persistent structure.
Notes of red fruit and citrus color

Recommended service temperature of 6 to 8 degrees Celsius
