Garnet red color. Aroma of wild fruits with vegetable notes. In the mouth it is balanced with lively acidity and soft tannins providing a long finish.
Serve the sparkling wine between 8 and 10º C, with meat, fish, seafood and desserts or served as an aperitif. Good for any occasion
Harvest and selection of the grapes manually, in exceptional years, for small boxes, pressed gently in a short time, the tear must is decanted for 48 hours. The alcoholic fermentation takes place for approximately one month, in small stainless steel vats at 12ºC. Natural stabilization with minimum stage for 12 months on fine lees. Second bottle fermentation carried out according to the Classic Method. Aging and maturation in a cellar over 12 months.
