Denomination: DOC Trás-os-Montes
Location: Chaves – Parishes of Oura, Selhariz, Faiões and Vila Verde da Raia.

Soil: Schist origin, with medium clay content and granitic origin with sandy texture.
Climate: Temperate with continental characteristics.

Grapes: Tinta-Roriz, Tinta-Barroca, Alicante-Bouschet and Touriga-Nacional.

Vinification and maturation: Manual harvest. Destemming followed by slight crushing of the berries. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation with moderate temperature control and gentle pumping over. Post-fermentation maceration. Pressing.

Aging in stainless steel after malolactic.

Oenology: Rui Cunha / Sérgio Alves

Alc./vol: 13%

Tasting notes:

Ruby color, elegant aromas and good intensity. In evidence are the aromas reminiscent of red fruits, flowers and forest notes.
Palate: Dry and fresh on the attack. Volume and medium structure harmonized by fresh notes of red fruits.

Consumption: It should be enjoyed at a temperature of 16-18ºC.

Goes well with meat dishes and spicy food.

Aging potential: until the end of 2029
