Ageing: 12 months in french oak

Tasting Notes:

Color: Dark Ruby.

Aroma: Elegant, good intensity, aromas of ripe red fruits, slight notes of woods surrounded by fine notes from the wood stage giving complexity.

Mouth: Fresh and dry in the mouth, good volume, structure harmonized by notes of red fruits and spices to give a pleasant and long finish.

Consumption: It goes well with strong cheese, red meat and smoke. Improves with decanting. Serve at a temperature of 17ºC.
