Tasting notes:
Nose with elegance, dominant mineral notes, white flowers, beeswax and notes of green apple, lime and lemon. Palate of great structure, texture and freshness with vibrant acidity and an enveloping minerality.

Serve between 9ºC-11ºC, accompany with grilled fish, seafood, white meats and risottos.
