Tasting notes:

Dark amber color.

Complex aroma with notes of raisins, jam and honey.

Intense and sweet flavor with a very long finish.

The winemaking:

It undergoes a short fermentation in contact with the skins, which is interrupted by the addition of selected wine brandy.

This is followed by a period of maceration for 5 or 6 months, achieving a full extraction of aromas and flavors.
It is then transferred and its masses pressed.

Serve as an aperitif at 10ºC or with desserts at 14ºC
