Tasting notes:

Open garnet color. Expressive nose with notes of tobacco, fresh fruit and light spice. In the mouth it is elegant, with texture and vibrant acidity.

Serve and enjoy:
Various types of cheese or with stuffed aubergine or other light meat dishes

Vinification:
In own cellar. The entire bunch is trodden by foot, without destemming, followed by maceration and start of fermentation in a lagar with only indigenous yeasts. Pressing in vertical hydraulic press.

Ageing:
8 months in used 500 liter barrels
