Tasting Notes:

Golden colored wine.

Expressive nose with complexity.

Apricot, mineral, cedar and white chocolate notes. In the mouth it is enveloping, structured and with a firm nose.

Serve and enjoy:
It goes well with cheeses or with risottos and some white meats.

Vinification:
In own cellar. Step on the whole bunch, without destemming, followed by maceration and start of fermentation in a lagar with only indigenous yeasts. Pressing in vertical hydraulic press.

Ageing:
8 months in used 500lt barrels
